I quit my job in a travel agency as I could not see myself working a 9 to 5 anymore and went to be a flight attendant for a german airline. German airline? What? Yes, you’re reading that right. I am a german girl living in Germany, yay!
I’m traveling the world for 5 years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Besides the fact that I don’t have jet lag anymore since I’m kind of living in my own time zone, I wouldn’t change a thing about it. For me, traveling is more than just hopping on a plane and see some tourist attractions. It’s about the feeling, the people, the food, the air, and all you learn along the way. Traveling means educating yourself in such a unique way. I’m not a backpacker, nor do I plan on going on a world trip. I’m actually pretty basic. I love weekend trips, airports, and the feeling you just get along the journey. I could travel to the same places 500 times and still find something new that amazes me. Oh – and I love food.
Have fun on my blog!

Want to know more about flying for a living? I talked with my friend for his Podcast “Weltenbummbla” about the life of a flight attendant. If you speak german, make sure to also check out his other episodes of fellow travelers he interviewed!
